INTERPET Test and Inspection Department is an A type inspection company, in this respect;

The Top Management guarantees that INTERPET is not going to give Test and Inspection service to the companies it gave consultancy and corporate training about the topics of accreditation in the last two years and it is going to take necessary precautions to make sure that INTERPET personnel keep their independence and impartiality during Test and Inspection.

In order to keep this promise, INTERPET Top Management;

• Test and Inspection service is not given to the companies INTERPET and Company partners are in any kind of partnership relation.

• It is not allowed to give Test and Inspection service to companies that received consultancy and corporate training on the same topics in the last two years. INTERPET does not give design, production and repairing service on the topics it gives Test and Inspection service. The INTERPET internal and external personnel who have worked in the test and inspection activities of production, repair and design activities in the last wo years cannot be assigned in the Test and Inspection activities to be conducted to the same company.

• It does not allow the external experts and subcontractors taking part in the project to give Test and Inspection service on the same topic if they have given service to these companies on design, production and repair services.

• INTERPET prevents the employment of its personnel or external experts on Test and Inspection at the companies they worked in the last two years.

• It assures that the salary, subsidy and performance evaluation of Test and Inspection personnel to be independent from the number and results of Test and Inspection. (ISO 17020:2012 Item 4.1/6.1).

• INTERPET Test and Inspection Department guarantees the confidentiality of the information about customers and the results of the inspection and prevent the others from reaching that information.

• By keeping the information of customers and the inspection results confidential, INTERPET Test and Inspection Department has the necessary regulations conforming to the valid laws. Except for the ones mentioned in TS EN 17020 Standard, information on a special product or information on customer (complaint, etc) cannot be explained to third parties without the company’s written consent. On the event that these are given to the third parties, the company is informed about this as permitted in law. (ISO 17020:2012 Item 4.1/6.1)

• In the scope of this confidentiality, all kinds of documents and records produced as a result of the work done by the department have to be kept till the end of the retention period and then abolished.

• We are declaring, without any time limitation, that we are not engaged in any test or inspection activity on a site where and if we have provided products or any services that are related to the design, manufacture, supply, installation, purchase, ownership, use or maintenance of the items inspected.

• In the same manner, we are declaring, without any time limitation, that we are not providing any products or services that are related to the design, manufacture, supply, installation, purchase, ownership, use or maintenance of the items inspected, to any site to which we are providing test and inspection services

• All INTERPET staff guarantees responsibly in a written way that the information here will be kept confidential. This promise is taken in a written way, from external experts and subcontractors working for the project.
